Our concept
Every product produced by LILY BROWN was meticulously designed, poured and hand-labeled in the Évora region of Portugal, using the highest quality ingredients. Fragrance is at the heart of all LILY BROWN products. All fragrance oils are sustainably sourced, phthalate-free, vegan and not tested on animals. In the candles, the fragrance oils are infused in 100% vegetable, coconut and rapeseed wax, and presented in recyclable and reusable glass containers. We believe that fragrance is a unique expression of identity that should be extended to everyone's home.

About Lily Brown
LILY BROWN was founded in 2021 by creative director Teresa Mendes, with the ambition to translate emotions and memories into home products and sensory experiences. All LILY BROWN products are proudly made in Portugal, in Évora, using the best ingredients and materials. We believe that through creativity we can develop timeless and inspiring products for people and their lives.
Teresa Mendes - Founder and Creative Director
Born in Évora and currently lives in Montemor-o-Novo. She knows today that living in the Alentejo gives her the calm and inspiration she needs to create. The senses have always made her travel to far away and pleasant places, whether through music, wine or scents. The art of living well and appreciating the moment is something that she doesn’t give up. Her academic training, in the areas of Cellular and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, awakened even more curiosity and rigor, two elementary qualities in the creation of something meaningful.
